Creating Your First Shoppable Video Campaign

Purpose:

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to create a new shoppable video campaign on LyveCom.

Intended Audience:

Marketing/Content Managers and Web Managers

Creating a Story: Click the "+LyveCom" icon to start creating a new campaign in your stories tab.



Name Your Story: Enter a name for your story in the provided field. This is going to be the title video overlay which you can see on the preview to the right.





Tag Products: Search for products in your catalog that you want to tag in the video. These are automatically pulled from your Shopify's back-end.
If some of your products are not showing up, you can manually re-sync your product catalog with LyveCom



Upload a Video: Upload a video for your campaign. You can upload videos directly from your desktop, or you can OAuth into your Instagram or TikTok account to upload videos.
