The purpose of this article is to provide direction on how sync your inventory, product images, and product descriptions with the LyveCom dashboard.

Access your dashboard settings until you reach Products Resync



Hit the "Reload SKUs" to initiate the loading sequence.

Your product catalog is constantly auto-updated. But if you add new products and instantly want to make a new campaign, you would need to resync your catalog.
