How to Add Product-Specific Video Playlists Using Product Metafields
Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to help users add product-specific video playlists by utilizing product metafields, enabling seamless integration of LyveCom Bubbles and Carousels into product pages.

In order to add product-specific playlists, you'll first need to configure product metafields in Shopify and connect them with LyveCom.
Jump into your Metaobject or Custom Data section in your Shopify admin.
Select a Product Metafield from the metafield section.
Add a new product metafield.
You'll need to create two metafields:
- One for LyveCom Bubbles
- One for Product Carousel
Both metafields should be set as single-line text types.
Open the product template in Shopify to add the LyveCom Bubble block and LyveCom Carousel block to your product page layout.
- Recommendation for Bubbles Block: Place the bubbles block right below your CTA or above your product description for the highest engagement.
- Recommendation for Carousel Block: Position the carousel block as the section below your product description.
Assign the Product Metafields to the app embed. Hit the stack dropdown, and you'll see the associated metafields you created.
Make sure to delete the placeholder text and replace it with the associated product metafield for each section.
When publishing your playlist, copy and paste the Playlist ID from the LyveCom dashboard into the associated metafield on your product listing page.
By following these steps, you'll be able to seamlessly integrate shoppable video playlists that are product-specific, providing a richer shopping experience for your customers.
